1. Open Safari. Select Safari from the top menu and click Reset Safari.
2. A screen will appear that says “Are you sure you want to reset Safari?” Make sure all items on the list are selected (history, reset top sites, etc.).
3. Click the Reset button.

For Internet Explorer

1. Launch Internet Explorer on your computer.
2. Right-click on the blue PC Tools icon under the address bar.
3. Click on the "Settings" option.

For Firefox

4. Locate Browser Defender in the list of add-ons, and then click on the "Remove" button. The add-on will be removed immediately, so it will disappear from your list.

For Google Chrome

1) Click on 'Customize and control' Google Chrome icon, select 'Settings';
2) Choose 'Basic Options'.
3) Change Google Chrome's homepage to google.com or any other and click the 'Manage search engines...' button;
4) Select 'Google' from the list and make it your default search engine;
5) Select 'Search Results' from the list remove it by clicking the "X" mark.
