Step 1: End up all malicious processes.

Windows 8 users: Open Internet Explorer and click the "gear" icon. Select "Internet Options". In the opened window, select the "Advanced" tab and click the "Reset" button.

Step3: Clear up all browser history:


Internet Explorer:
Open Internet explorer window
Click the “Tools” button
Point to “safety” and then click “delete browsing history”
Tick the “cookies” box, then click “delete”
