Not sure what to make of this page mobile-notice.net?
Recently, when I want to browse some certain webpages, I get some unwanted annoying redirects to some malware sites. One is mobile-notice.net and the other is IU Webmaster redirect. Those redirects are randomly. I don’t know what of this page mobile-notice.net want to make for? For when I open the page, this website locks me into it. And then I got a large page with little box which displays a pop-up message saying that:
“Security at risk
Microsoft Windows detected virus attack on your computer, contact customer support at 844-236-0895(Toll Free)”
I can see that the locked page from a URL called:

What is more, I found that I cannot close the page of mobile-notice.net by click on the X button of the popup page. Closing this message re-opens the same message and Google Chrome must be terminated with Task Manager. And then I must not continue the previous browsing session and all tabs I was looking at must be closed as a result.
