Best Way to Remove Trojan:DOS/Alureon.M , Easily and Permanently

My Norton and MSE show a message to screen which tell that my computer has infected a virus called Trojan:DOS/Alureon.M, but I cannot remove it by using those two antivirus programs, why? Si it a fake message? If it is true, how could I to remove it from computer? Any idea would help?
