OBRONA BlockAd Pop-up Ads Removal - How Do I Block Ads by OBRONA BlockAds

Can anybody tell me what orona block ads is? Why this bug can install on my computer without asking my permission? I have tried many ways to uninstall it from control panel, but as long as I open my computer, OBRONA BlockAd appears again. I really want to seek an easily and safely way to remove this bug from my computer.
